When I should expect my delivery if I am located in Australia?

Please note, due to ongoing Black Friday sales, our courier partners and Australia Post may be experiencing delays. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation during this time.

Our orders are sent via Australia Post across Australia.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Your package should take about 2-5 business days for your package on average to arrive, depending on your location.

Deliveries to Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney are generally 2-3 business days. If you live in Western Australia or Nothern Territory, this may take up to 9 days.

How do I track my order?

All Wallaby Wellness orders are shipped through Australia Post or our trusted courier partners with full order tracking.

You’ll be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can check its whereabouts at ALL times.
